Programmable Needle Up / Down & Speed Control with Start / Stop Button
With Programmable Needle Up / Down, the needle can be programmed to stop in the highest up position, making it easier to remove fabric from the machine. The needle can also be programmed to stop in the down position which is ideal for pivoting, appliquéing and quilting. Unplug the foot control, press the Start button and the machine sews. You are still in complete control over the speed - just slide the Speed Control lever to the desired maximum speed.

- The Darning and Embroidery Foot is used for repairing holes or torn areas. It can also be used to do freehand embroidery, stipple quilting, and creating monograms.
- The Gathering Foot is used to form gathers in lightweight fabric. It can be used to gather a single fabric or to join a gathered fabric to a second, flat fabric simultaneously.
- The Rolled Hem Foot (Narrow Hem Foot) is used to sew a narrow rolled hem, providing a professional edge finish on light to medium-weight fabrics.
- The Quarter Inch Piecing Foot is used for quilting 1/4-inch seam allowances. It can be used for small projects with narrow seam allowances.
